Section 70
Not to be prosecuted more than once for the same offense
: After the trial, trial, action and disposal of the case by the military court in relation to any offense under section 38 to 65 against any person within the jurisdiction of this Act, or after the departmental punishment has been given, the same person shall be prosecuted again for the same offence. It won't happen.
